Privacy policy
Your utmost privacy is key to lifecentral's success.
You own and control who may see your data. The privacy settings page allows users to hide data from everyone but themselves, to share data with specific people, or to make data viewable to the world.
Personally identifiable information is not required. lifecentral does not collect phone numbers, credit card numbers, or other personally identifiable information. The only field required is birth date, in order to comply with the Child Online Privacy and Protection Act. If you wish to remain anonymous, you may elect not to enter your name by leaving the "first name" and "last name" fields blank at registration.
Individual information is never released to anyone. Information may be aggregated and reported upon, but individual entries will never be released to anyone under any circumstances.
Nobody is authorized to view the production database. Nobody is authorized to run queries against the live lifecentral database. Testing is performed on fake data on a separate server.
